A minimum of $250 is required to secure your date. You may design and execute your own payment schedule. The balance is due in full 14 days prior to the wedding/reception/event date.
RESCHEDULE YOUR DATE AT NO COST
Unforeseen circumstances happen.
If your new date is available on our schedule, all payments made will be applied to your new date.
If a change of date takes place within 60 days prior to your original paid in full deadline and DJ services must be cancelled, all payments except the $250 deposit applied to your original due date will be returned.
If a date change of date takes place outside the 60-day window prior to your original paid in full deadline and DJ services must be cancelled, all payments applied toward your original due date will be returned.
WEATHER
Regardless of weather, Parsons Entertainment Group will be at your event. There must always be a contingency plan for inclement conditions. Rescheduling for weather conditions is considered an unforeseen circumstance.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds shall be given on the day of or any day after the wedding/reception/event date.
PARSONS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP CANCELLATION
In the extreme and unlikely event Parsons Entertainment Group cancels services, all payments and deposits will be refunded.
